LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live were confirmed at the Google I/O 2014 event. They both run Android Wear, an extension of Google’s operating system which customized for smaller screens, this remains the biggest selling point of these devices. Samsung Gear Live with Super AMOLED screen (better viewing in direct sun light), slightly higher display resolution, Heart rate sensor and a $30 lower price than LG G Watch has some advantages but customers will choose the smartwatch which performs better and better integrates with their Android smartphones.
